2. Products & Orders

We are a B2B & B2C suppliers of IT products including fiber optic cables, network cables, network cabinets, HDMI cables, patch panels, and cable testers.

Pricing: All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices for items shipped from China. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, insurance, and import duties for China orders.

Orders: A Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may apply. An order is confirmed only after we issue an official Order Confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders from China (Direct Shipment):

Lead Time: Production and shipping typically take 25 to 35 days after order confirmation and receipt of full payment.

Customs: The customer is responsible for all import customs clearance, duties,and taxes (including UAE VAT). We will provide necessary export documents from China.

Orders from our Dubai Warehouse (Local Stock):

Lead Time: We offer 24-hour delivery to your location within Dubai for orders with a total value of 10,000 AED or more.

Delivery Fee: For orders with a total value less than 10,000 AED, a delivery fee will be applied. The specific charge will be confirmed with your order.
